We are happy to help you with not only your medical procedures but also with travel and logistic arrangements. PMT has two categories; you may select any one of them and register with us.

1) PMT Complete Service: In this category, we provide you overall assistance required right from your travel schedule from home country to India and return back after the completion of the medical treatment. 

2) PMT Partial Service: Besides medical procedure, you may select different services as per your choice and requirement. Estimate of each service/facility would be provided separately.

You are free to opt out travel assistance provided by ‘PMT’. In that case, we will not be responsible for any lapse in planning and matching the time schedule fixed for your medical treatment through us.

Once you have registered with us for your medical treatment in India, on the basis of other ‘PMT’ assistance opted by you, we will customize entire schedule for you. Our company will appoint a Guest Relationship Officer (GRO) to be with you throughout your journey and assist you right from picking you up from airport to drop back to the airport post treatment.

Q. Can I book my own travel arrangements?

A. Yes. You are free to opt out travel assistance provided by our company. In that case, we will not be responsible for any lapse in planning and matching the time schedule fixed for your medical treatment through us.

Q. What will happen in case my flight is delayed OR cancelled?

A. 1) If travel arrangements were done by you but online booking of your treatment is confirmed by us, we will reschedule your appointment and medical procedure with extra handling charges, if any. And accommodation / hotel room charges will be revised, which may go up.

2) If our company has provided travel arrangements and other services, no extra cost will be charged and we will get the procedure postponed.

Q. Who are the permitted attendants and how many can travel?

A. Only two persons who are in your blood relation/ in case no blood relation available then friend or extended family member with necessary documents can come along with you as caretaker or attendant (For example: spouse/children/brother/sister/mother / father/grandson, granddaughter, grandmother, grandfather)

Q. I am not familiar with India, how will I move in the city?

A. Once you have registered with us for your medical treatment in India, on the basis of other assistances opted by you, we will customize entire schedule for you. We will appoint a Relationship Manager to be with you throughout your journey and assist you right from picking you up from airport to drop back to the airport post treatment.

Q. Will you provide local transportation?

Q. Can I return home immediately after my medical treatment is done in India?

A. After booking your medical treatment through PMT, your trip schedule and return journey is planned after consulting the doctor who will treat you.

Our experienced doctors always assess time taken for complete medical procedure and recovery and advice return journey accordingly.
