The lobes, lobules, and bulbs are linked by thin pipes called ducts. On one side these breast tissues are connected from collarbone and reaches out till lower ribs, sternum (breastbone) and armpit.

When cancer start progressing, cancerous body tissues change and divide into more malignant cells. These cells multiply and spread around with high speed which obstruct normal regulatory system.
